Emma worked with me twice a week for 5 weeks in the lead up to my wedding and she was fantastic! I wanted to work on my arms and we certainly did! Emma came to me and was very flexible with times we could meet - often coming out late at night to accommodate the hours I worked. Emma was a fantastic trainer, she was quietly persistent in challenging and pushing me to work harder - her approach and style were really fantastic. Emma clearly knows her stuff - she had me doing a variety of exercises throughout the classes, working out different muscles and keeping it interesting with lots of variety. Emma was a great personal trainer and produced great results - at the end of the 5 weeks my arms looked amazingly toned (we achieved far more than I thought we would in such a short space of time) and I had lost weight overall as well as toning my legs and abs. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an effective personal trainer - she's fantastic!
